Fairfield Man Charged With Reckless Driving, Evading Police After Crash

Wilton police arrested a Fairfield man after he smashed his vehicle into a utility pole, losing a tire and wheel well and continued on his way.

Christian Iannucci, 32, was driving his 2015 Subaru Outback on Westport Road when he lost control of the vehicle and hit the pole, the accident report said.

He then continued driving on three wheels and never reported the incident to police.

Iannucci was arrested April 10 and charged with reckless driving, evading and failure to maintain proper lane.

He is scheduled to appear in court on April 24.
